- I'm an ex-programmer, book-addict, Wikipedian and full-time tin-opener to more than one cat.
I work as a Law Costs Draftsman, which means I get to deal with files sent in by Solicitors. The files might be in any condition from excellent to outrageous: there are likely to be a lot of grumbles if I hit one of the latter. Obviously I can't go into any details, since these are confidential files about other people's lives, but I don't see why I shouldn't complain in general :-)
